Steering the association through a maze with moving walls

Constant change is the order of the day. How do you stay on course when everything keeps changing? This will guide association leaders to lead the organisation and the profession through constant change and uncertainty.

Associations must deal with change from the perspective of the organisation and the perspective of the profession. In order to remain relevant, the association must stay abreast of the changes and change feet as required by current circumstances.
How does one lead an organisation when it is difficult to predict how the future will unfold? It is important to create a culture that is able to withstand the pressures in an environment that requires the organisation to constantly adapt. This is already a reality for many, but all indications are that the volatility will only increase.

Dr Claudelle has served in various associations for over 20 years, which includes serving in a CEO role for 10 yrs.
