Hosting an AAE Event

We invite congress and conference centres, conference hotels, convention bureaus and associations to host AAE events.

For commercial suppliers, these events provide un-rivalled promotion to association executives, event organisers and event influencers, with promotion associated with the event and also lengthy campaigns of up to 24 months.

Open to: Congress and conference centres, large conference hotels together with a convention bureau.

Location: Western, Northern, Central and Southern Europe (excluding the United Kingdom)

Associations UK Congress

Open to: Congress and conference centres, large conference hotels, with or without a convention bureau.

Edition: 2028, 2029

Dates: Late January

Location: England (2hrs or less from London by rail)

Proposal deadline: 30 October 2026 (2028) and 31 January 2027 (2029)

Executive Forum - Brussels & London

Open to: Congress and conference centres, conference hotels

Edition: 2026, 2027

Dates: October & November

Location: Brussels & London
