Key issues associations should consider during a global crisis

Do you have uneasy feeling that the world is changing too fast? Not sure whether you are on the right track in steering through the crisis? This webinar will help you bring everything into focus.

Associations are among the most vulnerable organisations during significant economic downturns. This webinar will unpack some of the key factors that should be on the radar of associations as they steer through a maze with moving walls.

The leadership in associations must look through multiple lenses, and apply an integrated thinking approach, when considering the impact of a crisis and how they will respond. The webinar will use integrated thinking as a base to explore the various areas to be considered.

Dr Claudelle has served in various associations for over 20 years, which includes serving in a CEO role for 10 yrs. She serves on the committee of the South African Qualifications Authority responsible for the recognition of professional bodies in South Africa. She has trained multiple boards of associations.
