About the role
ACI Europe is on the look-out for an Airport Economic Data Analyst, to work under the guidance of and reporting to the Director of Economics & Competition.
Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis and benchmarking of European airports, managing data collection and quality control via an existing dashboard;
- Performing industry analysis of aviation networks;
- Maintaining of datasets and information on the air transport system;
- Developing and implementing research projects;
- Managing and designing surveys of airports.
Skills, Competencies & Experience
Required Skills:
- Interest in economic research and data analysis in the field of civil aviation;
- Developed social and communication skills, and familiarity with working in a multilingual and multicultural environment;
- Ability to produce high-quality economic and statistical analyses;
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with multiple assignments;
- Fluent in English, other European languages an asset.
Required Experience:
- Prior experience via internships or entry-level work in data analysis;
- Practical experience with languages such as R very important; comfort using Microsoft Excel to conduct survey analysis; and useful to have an understanding of corporate accounting;
