At the CSP, our goal is to create a culture characterised by innovation, respect, encouragement, passion, and teamwork.

We all strive for continuous improvement and to be the best at everything we do. We aspire to work in a way that embodies our values of learning, courage, inclusion, and integrity. Our shared values are part of our organisational DNA and reflect the expectations we have of ourselves and others. They guide what we do and how we do it to have the greatest impact on our members.

About the role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and help deliver our ambitious Digital Transformation programme. In this autonomous role, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of digital transformation projects that improve the systems, data and processes we use across the organisation, ultimately for the benefit of our members. Your work will help us deliver better services for our members and support the CSP’s wider strategic ambitions.

Whether you’re an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge or someone with strong project delivery experience ready to step into your first Project Manager role, we’d love to hear from you. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while receiving the support and encouragement to develop your skills and grow into the role.

The CSP has an ambitious Digital Transformation roadmap, and you’ll work as part of our collaborative Innovations team alongside Business Analysts, Project Coordinators and the Digital Transformation Program Manager to deliver projects that strengthen how we use technology, systems and data. Together, we’re improving the way we work and enhancing the services we provide to our members.

This is a key role, offering the opportunity to shape and lead digital transformation project delivery across the organisation. You’ll play an important part in strengthening project delivery, governance and change capability, helping the CSP deliver lasting organisational improvements.

The Innovations team sits within the Corporate Services and Infrastructure (CSI) Directorate. CSI is a centre of excellence, bringing together professional services that enable the CSP to achieve its ambition of being a modern, influential and impactful organisation. Our work is closely aligned with the CSP’s values, recognising the vital connection between what we do, the work of our colleagues, and the care our members provide to patients.
