About the role
You will be a key point of contact for all stakeholders for the RCPsych training ePortfolio (provided by FourteenFish), responding to queries promptly and ensuring users are able to access the platform quickly and effectively. You will support the administration of the ePortfolio transition to the new provider, and support training and communications to embed the new ePortfolio and ensure all users are transitioned as smoothly as possible. You will support the Specialist Registration Manager administratively with the ePortfolio stakeholder and development meetings and other meetings or administrative tasks as appropriate.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact to all users of the RCPsych ePortfolio. Answer user queries via email and phone calls, signposting to user support guides and training documents.
- Maintain and update the ePortfolio training resources for all stakeholders and ensure effective communication and dissemination. Ensure communications are circulated to all users and are available on the College website.
- Undertake all data entry and creation of accounts on the ePortfolio, updating user accounts, and downloading activity reports.
- Support the Psychiatry Training helpdesk, answer queries by telephone and email regarding ePortfolio access and general education and training matters.
- Where applicable, escalate user queries to the ePortfolio developers via the Specialist Registration Manager. Acting as a conduit between user stakeholders, the ePortfolio provider, and the College on ePortfolio-based queries. Support the innovation and development within the ePortfolio.
- Maintain a database of user queries to track trends and feed into our FAQs and user guidance.
- Update relevant RCPsych web pages and continuously feed into training.
General:
- Undertake any other duties related to the job purpose and which may be necessary in the College’s work.
- To carry out all duties in a safe and proper manner in accordance with the College’s Health and Safety Policy.

Skills, Competencies, Experience & Attributes
Essential:
- Good standard of education
- Experience in an administrative role
- Good keyboard skills and experience with MS Office and spreadsheet packages
- Knowledge of basic statistical analysis and the ability to work accurately
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to draft own correspondence and documents
- Flexibility and ability to act on one's own initiative
- Well organised, with an ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work as part of a small team
Desirable:
- Experience of working with databases
- Experience in customer services environment
