About the Organisation
We’re RCOT, the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. We’ve championed the profession and the people behind it for over 90 years; and today, we are thriving with over 36,000 members. Then and now, we’re here to help achieve life-changing breakthroughs for our members, for the people they support and for society as a whole. We have a vision that people everywhere value the life-changing power of occupational therapy. To achieve this, we have a new organisational structure that positions us to take advantage of opportunities for occupational therapy and for us as a membership body.
About the role
The Membership Engagement Directorate plays a central role in helping us attract, engage, support and retain members, while ensuring we deliver value throughout the member journey. Working across digital, content, communications, marketing, events and engagement activities, the directorate helps connect members with the resources, opportunities and experiences that support their professional lives and strengthen their relationship with the organisation. As Digital Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our digital platforms, content and processes running smoothly.
Supporting the wider digital team, you'll carry out essential maintenance activities, help manage incoming requests, and ensure high standards of quality across our systems and digital content. This is a varied role that combines reactive support with planned maintenance and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems and working with digital systems.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your digital skills while contributing to platforms and services used across the organisation. You'll play an important role in maintaining quality, improving processes and ensuring our digital systems work effectively for colleagues, members and customers. Joining a supportive team with established processes and opportunities to learn, you'll be trusted to make a real impact from day one.
