About the role

Our purpose is to achieve the greatest impact on policy-making processes by bringing together business leaders, policymakers, civil society experts, and opinion formers to stimulate diverse thinking on the most challenging global issues. We are looking for an IT Developer to support the management and development of our internal digital platforms, CRM systems, and websites while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

• Develop and support internal and external web platforms, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal teams, including troubleshooting technical issues and assisting users.
• Maintain and improve the company CRM platform and related digital tools.
• Coordinate website updates, integrations, and platform enhancements in collaboration with different departments.
• Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity across digital platforms and applications.
• Propose and implement innovative technical solutions to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.

Skills, Competencies, Experience & Attributes

• 3-4 years of experience in IT development, CRM management, web development, or similar positions.
• Proven experience in developing and managing websites, platforms, or digital tools.
• Ability to present and demonstrate tools, websites, or platforms developed in previous roles or freelance projects.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems, website management, databases, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional-level written and spoken English is mandatory; French is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
