About the role

We are looking for a Project Executive to join our Meetings Management Life Sciences team working remotely. You will support the planning of successful meetings, incentives, and events for a range of clients by managing delegate attendee management, event administration, and delegate and client communication.

As part of this role, you will also have the opportunity to travel on-site both in the UK and internationally. You will thrive on juggling multiple projects, delivering excellent customer service, great administration, and enjoying all things data!

Responsibilities

Project Executive:

  • Build and maintain registration websites, electronic invitations, and confirmations for each assigned event following client guidelines and within client/event-driven timelines.
  • Support the project team in the project plan of the life cycle of the event, which will include dealing with external meeting attendees, including Healthcare Professionals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the website design, understanding system capabilities and reporting parameters to ensure data is captured for reporting
  • Primary contact for client registration and reporting questions, and primary Healthcare Professional (HCP) liaison and contact (pre, onsite, and post event)
  • Work within the applicable registration website technology to manage thresholds for arrival/departure parameters, room blocks, attendee changes, activities, data capture, and reporting
  • Prepare all relevant onsite print work, signage, and documents, including reports
  • Provide project planning support within the wider Project Team
  • Manage day-to-day pharma compliance reporting requirements

Skills, Competencies, Experience & Attributes

Skills & Experience:

  • Event experience in registration and reporting
  • Pharmaceutical event delivery knowledge
  • Pharmaceutical compliance knowledge
  • Event Management degree, and work experience in the Event Industry

Skills:

  • Delegate attendee management experience, including but not limited to using registration tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience in proofreading copy
  • Analytical thinking: ability to independently and through collaboration troubleshoot to achieve efficient and effective registration processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to react, think on your feet, offer solutions, and work on multiple project tasks simultaneously
  • Ability and want to travel onsite to events in the UK and Overseas
