Our vision is a world free from MND. Our mission is to improve care and support for people with MND, their families, and their carers. We fund and promote research that leads to new understanding and treatments and brings us closer to a cure for MND. The Association also campaigns and raises awareness so that the needs of people with MND, as well as everyone who cares for them, are recognised and addressed by the wider society.

About the role

As a Community Team Administrator, you’ll support our wider Community Fundraising Team with a range of administration activities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and is motivated by supporting a team that makes a real difference. Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage community events e-mail and help action supporter enquiries.
  • Record correspondence and actions on the CRM database and add new supporter and event records as required.
  • Use CRM to run basic reports to support event delivery and supporter stewardship, for example, collating participant lists.
  • Use digital fundraising platforms to support accurate supporter allocation and reporting.
  • Manage fulfilment processes, including ordering merchandise, event packs and certificates for supporters.
  • Follow internal processes to manage supporter consent records and upload personal stories.
  • Support financial administration, including invoice tracking and fundraising target checks.
  • Coordinate bookings for team meetings, travel and accommodation, and record actions and minutes from team meetings if needed.
  • Attend and support the delivery of fundraising events if required, including at weekends.

Skills, Competencies, Experience & Attributes

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong administrative IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to use CRM databases.
  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail, including writing and responding to email, telephone, virtual and face-to-face meetings and events.
  • Demonstrate experience in delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  • An understanding of data protection.
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritise work across teams.

Working locations

  • Hybrid model, working in the Northampton office and remotely
