Perform with confidence, get the best from your speakers and elevate the audience experience.
Successful conferences create outstanding value for delegates. And effective Facilitators are essential to this outcome. A good Facilitator enables a productive conversation to take place. They manage the process and the participants in a way that encourages them to contribute, listen to each other, explore the topic and generate the best outcomes from the conversation.
This Masterclass will equip you with the vital skills to perform well as a Facilitator. If you already have some experience the session will add more strings to your bow to and take your performance to the next level. The tutor, John Scarrott will bring new ideas and stimulate your thinking. There will also be time for discussion and sharing with the opportunity for peer- to-peer exchange and learning.
John will take you through his framework and the key skills to create a productive conversation between the group you’re working with. You’ll leave with what you need to lead the discussion and enable your group to share and listen and generate productive outcomes.
This Masterclass will suit those with some experience of facilitation and those who’ve just started out. It will stimulate you to review and add to what you know and provide you with a roadmap to make your facilitation effective.
