How you participate in the congress

Participation

We welcome employees and executives of associations, societies, federations and other membership organisations to attend the congress as delegates.

Suppliers to associations may take part by arrangement with our Account Manager.

Participation requirements

  • Booking on the congress at this website
  • Reserving two nights of Sunday 7 & Monday 8 December at the Hilton Liverpool City Centre at the discounted rate of £91.67+VAT including breakfast, plus £2 city tax per night, using the special discount link we will provide you
  • Select your sessions in advance
  • Complete a short survey for each Deep Dive session selected
  • Prepare a short document of your experiences relating to ONE of the Deep Dive sessions
  • Complete the event feedback & evaluation form after the event

Delegate Fees

Association Employees - AAE Members:

  • Early (up to end of October): GBP 345.00
  • Standard period (November & December): GBP 445.00

Association Employees - Non Members:

  • Early (up to end of October): GBP 395.00
  • Standard period (November & December): GBP 495.00
