Globalisation is driving many changes and influencing the way that education is delivered. The digital transformation of schools, universities and workplaces mean that current and future generations of members expect to source their education on-line. Association students also expect ease of access to programmes with great service and support; high-quality content delivered in appealing and stimulating formats and 24/7 availability.  Associations are increasingly fighting competition from other associations, academic bodies and commercial providers who are all keen to access the association market as a potential revenue stream.
