Certified Association Executive and Senior Human Resource Professional. Currently serving as Vice President of Education for Community Associations Institute. Previously served concurrent role as Executive Director of the affiliated Research Foundation. Prior to joining CAI, Dave worked with chapters at ASTD-The American Society for Training & Development (since re-named ATD- Association for Talent Development). Before that, he was the international education manager at the National Association of REALTORS in Chicago. Dave earned a masters degree in training & organizational development from Loyola University Chicago, and a bachelors in international relations from Brigham Young University. Dave is certified in Human Resources by SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute), and holds the CAE (Certified Association Executive) from the American Society of Association Executives.
