Delegate participation to the Associations World Congress involves commitment and contribution from delegates: Surveys for each session attended, Case studies to submit, Presentations for some, Supplier meetings to book, and checking for hotel and travel commitments.

Each session had its own table plan for the cabaret layouts, as its important with the high sharing and co-working nature of the event, that delegates were with their closest peers.
