Developing the leaders of the future
Associations rely on competent and committed members driving forward and leading associations. But there are many different ways in which members get into leadership positions and for many different reasons. Are they the right reasons and do we have the right people around the table? He will explain the BDA Future Leaders strategy, how it will work with members to identify potential candidates, what development is focussed on and why, how it will ensure programme candidates are used to their best potential and what benefits this will bring to the BDA.
