Breaking your own glass ceiling

Each of us is a leader. You set the tone of your management style, your team approach and how your association is perceived - by your actions. So, who is responsible for your ability to lead by example? In many cases we set our own style, our own culture or our own approach, ourselves. We often rely on ourselves to identify how we can be, the best we can. This presentation will focus on 'you' and the opportunities you have to develop yourself in a variety of ways. By thinking outside of the box you can create your own leadership experience portfolio and ensure you lead your association by example. The only limits you have to your own leadership development is your own 'glass ceiling', so now is the opportunity to think about breaking through that ceiling and creating the best leader that you can possibly be, through the experience you can gain in ways which benefit you and your association.
