Notes about the system
- While the Awards system is included within the "ReadyMembership" product, it is sold as an individual service
- The best use of the system is for the Awards website, Registration to enter the awards, Adding Judges, and the email communication with nominees and judges

Features that AAE have not seen in other systems include
- Common questions across all categories, making it very quick to set up
- Any questions of any sort, for nomination information or for administration purposes (eg. How likely are you to complete the nomination)
- Multi-region Awards, with for example: Regional Awards where the winners feed into the National awards (this could also be for Country Awards which feeding into Global Awards)
- Highly flexible emailing facility, creating as many email templates / emailings as you wish, which can:
- Sent to Nominees or Judges who meet very specific criteria
- Be sent Manually, Scheduled or Automatically according to any set of conditions (based on nominee info, category, awards info etc.); and when automatic sent either: Every time a condition is met or Once only or A limited number of times over a week or month etc.
- Contain 'conditional' content based on any criteria
- Examples, which makement management very efficient and improves completion of nominations:
- Advice emails to anyone who has not updated their nomination in the last X days, which would send automatically every day/week, and a maximum number of times, with facility to change the advice based on category or the profile of the nominee or their organisation
- Reminders to judges when they haven't started judging within a week of judging period, and another to complete judging when nominations are outstanding, when it gets close to deadline
- Facility for avoiding conflict of interest for the judges where their organisation / colleague has nominated for one or more categories
- Any number of nominations can be set a Prize level (eg. Winner, Special, Finalist or Gold, Silver, Bronze)
