They encapsulate what’s happening in an industry or sector right now, but can also give an insight into how an industry or sector is likely to evolve. But to get this right, events need to be fully representative of an association’s membership. Moreover, they need to promote diversity and inclusion.
But how can you create an experience that doesn’t exclude anyone, and supports all attendees, irrespective of their age, race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or abilities?
