Learn about the power of short video films and how they can help your association.
Video remains one of the most powerful mediums to communicate with members and stakeholders. At best, videos can distil complex information into concise and compelling key messages and encourage loyalty and engagement by using illustration and storytelling. At worst, they can swallow up time and budget, and the only people who watch them are the Comms Team.
In this session, Rosie O’Carroll, Head of Strategic Communications for the British Thoracic Society, will share her experiences of creating and promoting video films for membership organisations and charities, working both independently and in partnership with ITN Business. She will share what worked well and highlight some of the pitfalls she encountered in the process.
The society's recent video project, "Lungs Matter" received an award!
The seminar will cover:
12:00 - Introduction
12:05 - Presentation
12:35 - Questions & Answers
12:55 - Close
