Valli is the founder and managing director of Digital Learn Ltd, an eLearning company specialising in workplace focussed learning solutions. While working at ACCA as Head of Learning Innovation, she created and deployed multi award-winning digital learning solutions for a global audience, and she continues to work with ACCA on many of their online learning solutions. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and of the Learning and Performance Institute and has a Masters in Education and Technology from UCL Institute of Education.
