Located in the heart of the UK at the University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences operates four flexible conference, meeting and event venues on the outskirts of Coventry. Our central location makes us easily accessible, whether it be by air, road or rail. The region also has a rich heritage of academic and industry excellence. We offer a vast range of meeting facilities for 2 - 1,200 delegates – ideal for special interest and congress size events. With a range of spaces to choose from, you can host your event in a tiered lecture theatre environment or in one of our creative meeting spaces for a more informal environment

All of our venues have a wide range of flexible spaces we can tailor to your needs. Gather a group round the table in the kitchen for a fresh take on a committee meeting. Or bring all of your members together in one of our lecture theatres, where we can comfortably seat up to 1,200 people. Our new venue, The Slate, is a complete blank canvas offering complete flexibility and exclusivity. Not only is our food green, we’re pretty green too. We are accredited by the Meetings Industry Association to a gold standard level and working towards our Green Tourism certification. The Slate, has a BREEAM Excellent rating for sustainable design, construction and operation – only one in ten of new commercial buildings achieve an Excellent rating.
