Located in the heart of the UK at the University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences operates four flexible conference, meeting and event venues on the outskirts of Coventry. Our central location makes us easily accessible for those travelling from the north and south, whether it be air, road or rail. The region also has a rich heritage of academic and industry excellence.

We offer a vast range of meeting facilities for 2 - 1,200 delegates – ideal for special interest groups to congress size events. With a range of spaces to choose from, you can present to up to 130 people in our tiered lecture theatre or use one of our creative meeting spaces for a more homely, relaxed environment. Our training and conference centres, Scarman and Radcliffe are complemented by hotel-styled accommodation and award-winning catering.

Our exclusive use venue, The Slate has a lakeside view, BREEAM Architecture and is adorned with a glass façade, one of only 10 of its type in the UK. For larger events up to 1,200, Warwick Conferences uses the eclectic and extraordinary spaces available within the University of Warwick itself - including one of the largest Arts Centres outside of London, which makes it a key venue for congress style events.

We can also enhance any conference, exhibition and live event with a full range of event production services. Including: event theming and bespoke staging, audio visual technicians, live event recording and streaming and onsite technical support.

To support our sports sector the campus is home to a £49 million Sports and Wellness Hub and Warwick Conferences’ award-winning venues. Making it an ideal setting for sports events. Our multi-sports facilities include a range of pitches, courts and indoor and outdoor spaces to cater for elite level sport, competitions, training, team building events, educational, corporate and community events. Warwick Conferences offer a wide portfolio of event spaces including traditional style training and meeting spaces, exhibitions areas and lecture theatres to creative spaces. As well as varied accommodation for all budgets and a great food offer.

Our dedicated team have access to the skills, ideas and flexible facilities you need to create lasting, memorable sporting events with the scale and scope to achieve everything you hope for and more.

Over the last few years, we’ve hosted sporting events for clients and partners across the UK such as British Transplant Games, Corporate Games, The Commonwealth Games and events for sporting federations and associations.
