We will, step by step, help you to build and test your own AI assistant powered by multiple agents on a dedicated ReadyIntelligence instance. By the end of this half day event you will have a working AI assistant configured to your association’s needs - with 60 days’ further access to continue experimenting after the session.
The concepts you learn will apply to other Agent platforms, giving you useful skills that you can implement in your organisation. You’ll see how ReadyIntelligence helps members quickly find what they need, while freeing your team to focus on higher-value work.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Build an AI assistant on your own dedicated ReadyIntelligence instance
- Connect and use organisational knowledge securely and responsibly
- Configure how your AI behaves, who can access it, and what it’s allowed to do
- Test performance using proven best-practice questions and prompts
- Explore practical use cases for members, staff, and insight generation
No technical background is required. You won’t need to write code, understand AI models or the principles of AI technical architecture. Your focus will be on identifying the right use case, shaping your AI assistant’s behaviour and exploring where it fits into your organisation.
