Leslie is the Founder of Open Audience. He is an audience engagement specialist, who started the company in 2015 with a vision of making boring meetings more engaging. Before founding Open Audience, Leslie enjoyed a 26-year career with AstraZeneca, where he held many senior leadership roles around the world. Since establishing Open Audience, Leslie has delivered events and projects for the majority of the top ten global healthcare organisations, across four continents. Leslie also facilitates and presents at events and provides executive leadership coaching. Recent events include executive presence workshops for global clinical leaders, operational effectiveness and engagement change programmes, and product launches.
