WBN partners with Millennials4Boards at Philadelphia global conference

The Worldwide Broker Network inaugurated a new partnership with the Millennials4Boards initiative at its 74th Global Conference, held in Philadelphia on 30 April 2026.

The Network, which represents 150 independent insurance broking firms across more than 100 countries, will offer governance training and board-readiness pathways to its member firm executives through the partnership. The programme is aimed at broking professionals identified by their firms as future board members and at firms preparing succession plans.

WBN Chair Jonas Piela said the partnership reflects the Network's commitment to long-term member firm sustainability and aligns with parallel work it has done with the European Federation of Insurance Intermediaries on cross-border practice standards. The 75th Global Conference will be hosted in Cape Town in autumn 2026.
