Self-starting, pragmatic and strong organizational skills are paramount in nowadays associations? environment. As Chief Executive Officer, Adrian?s role is to foster coherence between the EFORT projects and identify the sustainability of new initiatives; starting with the re-vamping of the education committee and the development of a European Curriculum within Orthopaedics and Traumatology came as an eye-opener of what ?tangible action? means for a scientific society.
