SSA-UK reveals 2026 award winners at Telford Level Up Conference

The Self Storage Association of the United Kingdom announced the winners of its 2026 industry awards at the Level Up Conference, held at the Telford International Centre on 29 April 2026.

Awards covered new store of the year, customer service excellence, marketing campaign of the year, and best people initiative. The Association also released its 2026 Annual Industry Report, prepared with the Federation of European Self Storage Associations, covering operator data from across the UK and continental Europe.

The report sets out occupancy trends, average rate per square foot, customer mix shifts, and the share of UK households now using self-storage. SSA-UK Chief Executive Rennie Schafer said the dataset is the deepest look at the UK market since the Association launched its annual survey.
