Royal College of Physicians has launched its 2026 to 2030 strategy, trailed at College Day in March and formally unveiled at its annual conference, Medicine 2026, on 13 and 14 May. The college reports early positive feedback from members, with work now underway on detailed delivery plans. A refreshed four-year strategy is the sort of organisational reset other membership bodies study closely. It sets out how a body intends to serve its members and stay relevant across the cycle ahead.
