PASA appoints Duncan Watson as Non-Executive Director
The Pensions Administration Standards Association appointed Duncan Watson as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 May 2026. Watson is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a long-standing advocate for pensions administration as a recognised profession.PASA said Watson would strengthen its work on standards, accreditation, and member guidance during a period of operational change in the pensions market. He brings senior leadership experience from across third-party administration and trustee services.
The appointment formed part of a wider refresh of PASA's Board capacity as the organisation prepared for the run-up to default retirement reforms.
