Kim Hall joined NACo staff in January 2018. Kim is responsible for creating and implementing data-driven strategies, programs and membership marketing efforts that result in membership recruitment, retention, engagement and growth. She previously worked as president of several non-profit organizations and is known for her turnaround and change leadership skills. Kim holds a bachelor?s degree in Communication and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
