IoD Gives Members Free Access to Clockwise Coworking Spaces

Institute of Directors rolls out a premium flexible workspace benefit for its 20,000-strong UK membership.

The Institute of Directors (IoD) has expanded its member benefits programme, giving its 20,000-strong UK community free access to Clockwise coworking spaces across the country, providing a practical resource for directors who work flexibly or travel regularly for business.

Members can visit participating Clockwise locations free of charge by presenting their IoD membership ID, available through the MyIoD dashboard, on arrival at reception. The access covers coworking lounges across a network that includes Clockwise locations in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and other major UK cities.

The IoD described the benefit as reflecting its ongoing commitment to supporting members with practical resources that enhance productivity, connectivity and flexibility. The benefit recognises the reality that many directors today split their time across multiple locations and need productive working environments outside a traditional office base.

The rollout is currently operating as a trial period. During this time, members receive access to coworking lounges and discounts on bookable meeting rooms at participating sites, with some locations offering additional discounts on Mondays and Fridays. Full details are available on the IoD premises and workspace pages.
