Intelligent Design: The Reshaping of an Association Meeting
Our discussions today will take us on a journey that will describe the ways in which we have modified the design of the annual SIU Congress in order to: Throw the net wider to attract more participants, and involve the younger generations of urologists and trainees within the programme as well as the Society’s future; Select destinations that work from a strategic and a mission standpoint; Weather the sea-change in Industry participation and anticipate the shape of things to come; Track and adapt to changes in the competitive ecosystem; Create a deeper and more meaningful involvement for our stakeholders; and Steer clear of some rather interesting pitfalls.
