He has spent most of his career in internal and change communication roles - either as part of or working closely with HR teams - including at the Civil Aviation Authority, Scope and Royal Mail. He has also advised organisations large and small on branding, communication and stakeholder communication and is a board member at the Institute of Internal Communication.
