FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 set to showcase major innovations in printing and signage

The FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 will feature over 550 exhibitors and focus on advancements in the specialty print and signage sectors, taking place from 6 to 9 May 2025 in Berlin.

The FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, alongside the European Sign Expo and the Personalisation Experience, is set to take place from 6 to 9 May 2025 at Messe Berlin in Germany. The event has confirmed the participation of over 550 exhibitors, comprising both new and returning companies from more than 36 countries, highlighting a significant growth in the number of exhibitors compared to the previous year.

Among the notable exhibitors, Plockmatic Group, Morgana Systems, Mikkelsen Innovations, and Robotfactory will make their return after an absence from the 2024 events. Attendees can expect to see a diverse range of products and solutions from an extensive array of major players in the specialty print sector. Key industry participants include AGFA, Brother, Canon, Durst, EFI, Epson, Fujifilm, HP, Kongsberg PCS, Kornit Digital, M&R, Mimaki, Ricoh, and Roland. These exhibitors will showcase innovations across various domains such as wide format printing, textile and garment decoration, and finishing solutions.

In addition to hardware, the event will welcome a variety of software suppliers like Caldera, Onyx, PrintFactory, and SA International, providing visitors with insights into end-to-end workflows, colour management, job onboarding, and RIP and CNC solutions. This focus on comprehensive operational solutions reflects the evolving needs of modern printing businesses, aiming to enhance productivity and efficiency.

The European Sign Expo is expected to attract over 100 exhibitors, showcasing innovations that will shape the future of the signage and visual communications industries. Companies such as ABC Display, Adsystem, Cosign, Domino Sign, EFKA, LUCO LED, NSELED, SIGN-Ware, and TPS will present their advancements in channel lettering, digital signage, engraving and etching, illuminated displays, out-of-home media, LED technology, outdoor systems, and routing and sign tools.

The Personalisation Experience portion of the event will focus on customisation design and production automation, featuring exhibitors like Antigro, Kit Builder, Konfigear, ip.labs, and XMPie.
