FENS Opens New Round of Exchange Fellowship Grants
The Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) has opened a new round of FENS/IBRO-PERC Exchange Fellowship Grants, providing funded opportunities for early-career neuroscience researchers to undertake short research visits to laboratories across Europe.
The grants are available to Master's students, PhD candidates and early post-doctoral fellows based in Europe. Successful applicants receive funding to support a research exchange visit to a hosting laboratory, with the aim of broadening their scientific training, expanding professional networks and developing international research experience early in their careers.
The grants are delivered in partnership with the IBRO Pan-Europe Regional Committee (IBRO-PERC), reflecting the federation's commitment to supporting the next generation of neuroscientists across the continent. FENS has a long track record of competitive training and grant schemes, including travel grants for its biennial Forum congresses and dedicated early-career programmes through its ENCODS satellite events.
Applications for the current round are being accepted. Prospective applicants can find full eligibility criteria, grant values and submission guidelines on the FENS website.
