Estrel Tower, Berlin - reaching new heights
Our previous host sponsor to our Associations World Congress, Estrel Berlin, is currently in the process of constructing The Estrel Tower.
The Estrel Tower has officially surpassed the Estrel Hotel in height is continuing to grow one floor every two weeks. With a planned openng in the third quarter of 2025, the Estrel Tower is poised to expand the Estrel Berlin portfolio and set new standards in the capital.
This mixed-use building is designed to be a highlight for hotel and event guests as well as local Berliners. Each of the 525 rooms and luxurious suites features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the city. There are also 90 serviced apartments equipped with private kitchenettes and all the amenities needed to make guests feel at home during and extended stay.
The Estrel Tower will also set new culinary standards. Whether for breaks in the "Market" or in the fine dining restaurant on the 43rd floor the menus entice with regional products in "farm to table" freshness. Cocktails will be mixed creatively at the Sky Bar while one enjoys the fascinating view over Berlin from its terrace. Conversations are currently commencing to incorporate internationally renowned Berlin restaurateurs in the Estrel Tower's culinary concept.
Meetings and events also reach new heights in the Tower. The 41st and 42nd floors are home to meeting spaces and private dining rooms for intimate gatherings, negotiations, and celebrations. The heart of the "Sky Floors" is undoubtedly the spectacular Lounge, with double-height ceilings of six metres and panoramic windows offering a unique view over Berlin. This versatile space is the perfect spot for daytime meetings and business lunches, and once the sun goes down, it transforms into a private dining room to exceed even the loftiest expectations
A total of 2,000 square meteres is dedicated to exclusive breakout rooms, for workshops and seminars. The Estrel Forum offers and impressive 1,000 square-metre space for events, with an inviting foyer providing a further 450 square metres. Additionally, the 1,400 square metre spa and fitness haven, known as "Space" is the ultimate sanctuary for relaxation, recovery, and a workout experience that rivals elite fitness studios.
Nine floors of state-of-the art and flexibly designed office spaces, perfect for startups, complete the Tower's offerings. At the Tower everything is designed with sustainability in mind, which is why Estrel Berlin is aiming for the prestigious "LEED Platinum" certification.
