ESN Master in Neonatology achieves FIBAA certification with two distinctions

Postgraduate programme earns FIBAA certification with distinctions for orientation and relevance.

The European School of Neonatology (ESN) has announced that its Master's in Neonatology has been awarded certification by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), with two distinctions for international orientation and practical relevance.

The Master's in Neonatology is delivered as a structured postgraduate programme for paediatricians and neonatologists working across Europe, drawing on faculty from leading academic centres and on the clinical networks of the European Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants and the European Academy of Paediatrics. Certification by FIBAA, an independent international accreditation agency, provides external quality assurance recognised across higher education systems in Europe and beyond.

ESN has said the distinctions signal the programme's capacity to prepare neonatologists for practice in an increasingly connected European health system, where clinical teams routinely collaborate across borders on rare conditions, training exchanges and research. The certification is valid for a fixed period and will support the next round of programme recruitment.
