EFC convenes 11th seminar on climatic reliability of electronics, Denmark
The European Federation of Corrosion convened the 11th International Seminar on Climatic Reliability of Electronics in Helsingør, Denmark on 29 and 30 April 2026, hosted by Working Party 23 on the Corrosion Reliability of Electronics.
The two-day programme drew academic and industrial researchers from across Europe, the Americas and Asia. Sessions covered humidity-driven failure mechanisms in low and high-power electronics, intrinsic and extrinsic preventive strategies, and case studies from automotive, renewable energy and consumer electronics manufacturers.
EFC, a federation of 53 member societies in 25 countries, runs the seminar in partnership with the Technical University of Denmark. Outputs feed into the Working Party's session at EUROCORR 2026, the Federation's flagship annual congress, in September.
