EAIE Launches Job Board for International Higher Education

European Association for International Education opens a free-to-browse recruitment platform to the global higher education community

The European Association for International Education (EAIE) has launched a new Job Board, providing a dedicated recruitment and careers platform for professionals working in the internationalisation of higher education globally.

The platform is designed as a sector-specific tool, connecting employers and candidates within the higher education community rather than directing users to general-purpose recruitment sites. EAIE members can post vacancies free of charge, while non-members can do so for a modest fee. All job listings remain live for twelve weeks, and the board is accessible to all visitors without a subscription, making it a genuinely open resource for job seekers across the field.

The Job Board forms part of a wider set of innovations introduced across the EAIE's services in recent years, including a new Conference App, an expanded Academy OnDemand portfolio, and the transition of its Forum magazine to a dynamic digital format. The EAIE has also opened its 2026 volunteer and board application process during March, with a deadline of 31 March for applicants wishing to join the association's governance structure.

The EAIE community draws members from higher education institutions in more than 100 countries. Its annual conference, next hosted in Glasgow, attracts over 6,000 participants. Details of the Job Board are available on the website.
