Throughout her career in marketing and business development, Julia has successfully created and implemented strategies that develop brands, raise awareness, engage with audiences and achieve sales targets. She has led teams to design, develop and deliver marketing, membership, education and commercial events, products and services, and enhanced web and CRM results. 

In her most recent role as Deputy Director of Education, Strategy and Business Development at the Royal College of Physicians, Julia was responsible for the development and delivery of a strategic medical education portfolio with diverse income streams. Julia is currently completing a full-time MBA at Trinity College Dublin.
