CII Group appoints Ben Turner and Will Holt as Executive Directors
The Chartered Insurance Institute Group announced two Executive Director appointments on 1 May 2026. Ben Turner joined with immediate effect as Executive Director, Member Engagement, having been promoted from his role as Director of Engagement Strategy. Will Holt will join as Executive Director, Learning, from 3 August 2026.The two posts replace the combined Member Engagement and Learning role previously held by Gill White, who retired from the CII at the end of 2025. Turner brings more than 15 years of senior leadership across professional bodies, with operations ranging from 5,000 to 125,000 members. Holt joins from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, where he is Managing Director of Education and Training.
The CII Group includes the Personal Finance Society and represents insurance and personal finance professionals worldwide. Matthew Hill, CII Chief Executive, said the new structure will sharpen the link between member services and learning provision.
