Political change is affecting associations and their members more than ever. During this session Greig Baker, chief executive of The GUIDE Consultancy, will discuss: How to build strong and influential ties with politicians and regulators; How to secure members’ support for your work with government officials; How to demonstrate the value of what you do to existing and prospective members.  Greig will give practical advice and real-world examples of best practice, showing what tools and tactics work – and when to use them. There will also be time to answer your questions and discuss issues affecting your own association.
