Founder and Head Ginger of GingerBiscuit, a company that contributes to making the world a better place by creatively connecting people in a sustainable way through green event management, outsourced sustainability consulting and training. Highly qualified in the University of Life with a QBE (Qualified by Experience), Lisa-Jade has had experience in a number of industries ranging from the dramatic arts, advertising and marketing, event management, the non-profit sector, right down to working within the emergency medical services field. Lisa-Jade also sits on the board for the Event Greening Forum, focusing predominately on the association's marketing, and was recently elected as joint vice-chairperson of the EGF. She was also awarded Top 40 Women in MICE 2018, from Meetings Magazine, and has spoken on the topic of sustainability on an international level, as well as wining an award presented by the Global MICE Congress and Awards, in Mumbai, India, in February 2019. She is a firm believer in collaboration and unity, without losing the individuality of each unique human being, and embraces inclusion, diversity and creative connection between people. A realistic-dreamer of sorts.
