AAE's new Mobile App

AAE began a partnership with RD Mobile for the Associations Congress in December, which continues with the Associations World Congress in April, and the provision of the AAE Mobile app for members in the coming months.

A full 98% of delegates downloaded the new AAE Mobile Event app to navigate the Association UK Congress – and feedback was overwhelmingly positive. For the first time we were able to provide customised agendas showing sessions chosen in advance on the website by delegates. The integration with our Pixl8 / Eventfolio system was exceptionally smooth, and is now being applied to the next congress.

Other functions included:

• Manage schedules and adding personal appointments
• Keeping up-to-date with an Event Timeline
• Submitting questions to speakers during sessions
• Connectting with other delegates through private messaging
• Games - Best photo of the day
• Locating sponsors and exhibitors
• Navigating the city and the International Conference Centre venue
• Agenda
• Speaker, Delegate, Exhibitor listingings
