You will be emailed a copy of these terms once you have agreed them below.

1. CONSENT TO RECORD AND DISTRIBUTE

I, the undersigned Guest, hereby grant permission to the Producer (Association of Association Executives and its manegement company) to record my voice, likeness, and statements ("the Recording") during my participation in the podcast interview taking place in the next four weeks.

I authorise the Producer to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute the Recording in any manner and via any medium the Producer deems appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Audio podcast platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.)
• Video platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
• Social media platforms
• Producer's website and promotional materials
• Future media platforms not yet in existence

This authorisation extends throughout the world and in perpetuity, without any obligation of prior notification or approval.

2. EDITING AND CREATIVE CONTROL

I acknowledge that the Producer has the sole right to edit the Recording as they see fit, without seeking my approval for any edits made. The Producer will maintain full creative control over the content.

3. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

I understand that:

• The Producer shall own all rights, title, and interest in the Recording, including copyright.
• I retain the rights to the factual information and personal experiences I share during the Recording, but not to the Recording itself.
• Any intellectual property I contribute during the Recording may be used by the Producer within the context of the podcast and its promotion.

4. NO CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION

I agree that I shall not be entitled to any payment, royalties, or other compensation for my participation in the podcast or for the Producer's use of the Recording as described in this agreement.

5. PROMOTION

I also consent to the use of my name, photograph, biographical information, and excerpts from the Recording for promotional purposes related to the podcast.

6. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

I represent and warrant that:

• I have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement.
• My statements during the Recording will not violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, privacy rights, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements.
• I will not make statements that are defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

7. LIABILITY RELEASE

I hereby release the Producer, their employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have arising from my participation in the podcast or the Producer's use of the Recording.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.

10. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

I acknowledge that completing this form shall be as valid as original signatures.
