Increase impact, revenue and delivery of strategic goals.
Join us for an immersive one-day Executive Forum designed exclusively for association event organisers looking to increase the impact and profit of their flagship conference and other events.
As the world around us changes – cost increases, budgets under pressure, increasingly late registrations, geopolitical pressures, climate crisis, generational differences, shortening attention spans… how do you create an event that delivers on your organisation's objectives, is relevant to your audience, grows in size and is commercially successful?
You will gain critical insights into the strategies and core processes to create leading, growing events that have greater impact, through best practices, models and systems, case studies, discussions and sharing.
