topics such as communication, decision-making, strategic thinking, team building, and change
management.
Attendees will learn about the challenges and opportunities facing association executives today and come away with actionable strategies for enhancing their leadership skills to better serve their organizations and members.
The seminar will also provide opportunities for attendees to engage in interactive discussions and share their own experiences and perspectives on leadership in association management.
