The Engineering Equipment and Materials Users Association (EEMUA) has introduced and improved a wide range of successful training courses, including awareness e-learning modules, blended online courses and several more are under development for launch in 2025. To understand how this was achieved, we will hear from EEMUA’s Operations Director John Lilley who has led the development of digital learning for EEMUA's members. He will share his experience with implementing member training courses, with special focus on:

John Lilley is Operations Director at EEMUA. Over the past 7 years, John has led the development of digital learning for its members. This has included putting in place core online systems such as learning management systems and certification platforms as well as launching and improving a wide range of training courses. Most recently, John has worked with the EEMUA membership to expand the range of online training provided at defined competency levels, a key step forward for EEMUA and the wider industry. Courses launched have included 13 Awareness e-learning modules; and four blended online courses, three at the Basic application tier and one at the Practitioner level, the innovative Mechanical Integrity Practitioner Certificate. Several more courses are under development and scheduled for launch in the next year.
