Video not showing on a Resource or Article

You need to clear your cache (memory of your browser). Instructions of how to do this for three main browsers are shown below.

Chrome

  • Open Chrome.

  • Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  • Select Settings > Privacy and security.

  • Click Clear browsing data.

  • Choose "Cached images and files" (you can leave other boxes unchecked).

  • Click Clear data.

Safari (Mac)

  • Open Safari.

  • Click Safari in the top menu bar, then select Settings (or Preferences).

  • Go to the Privacy tab.

  • Click Manage Website Data.

  • Click Remove All > Remove Now.

  • Alternative Quick Way: Press Command (⌘) + Option + E to empty the cache.

Microsoft Edge

  • Open Edge.

  • Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  • Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  • Select "Cached images and files".

  • Click Clear now.
