Video not showing on a Resource or Article
You need to clear your cache (memory of your browser). Instructions of how to do this for three main browsers are shown below.
Chrome

Open Chrome.

Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

Select Settings > Privacy and security.

Click Clear browsing data.

Choose "Cached images and files" (you can leave other boxes unchecked).

Click Clear data.
Safari (Mac)
-
Open Safari.
-
Click Safari in the top menu bar, then select Settings (or Preferences).

Go to the Privacy tab.
-
Click Manage Website Data.
-
Click Remove All > Remove Now.

Alternative Quick Way: Press Command (⌘) + Option + E to empty the cache.
Microsoft Edge

Open Edge.
-
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

Select "Cached images and files".
-
Click Clear now.
