Pixl8 Group to launch a new Knowledge Hub for Preside users
Pixl8 Group are pleased to announce a brand-new Knowledge Hub for Preside users - coming soon. This will be your go-to place to learn and get the most out of the platform.
It will be packed with user guides on all areas, how-to’s featuring actual user cases, and articles that will give you strategies and ideas to deliver even better member experiences. Constantly updated it will be personalised to show content that’s relevant to you.
If you’re an existing admin user, you’ll be able to access the Hub by logging into your Pixl8 website and clicking the single sign-on link. We can’t wait to share it with you - watch this space to find out when it is live.
What's new
- We've added a new grid view for the site tree making it easier to find and filter pages
- Email-sending statistics have had an overhaul, so you can now see who has unsubscribed, your most clicked links and lots more at a glance
- Formbuilder forms can be set up to automatically purge data after a specified period, ensuring you're not holding information beyond when you should
What's improved
- We've improved messaging for members who pay for their subscription by a recurring payment method - making it clearer if there are any issues taking payment
- Following your feedback we've made it easier and more intuitive for all users to update their public profile
- Using new shop basket conditions you can limit payment methods based on what they're buying or how much
